Job Description

• Answer phones professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Process orders, forms and applications

Immediate start, full-time positions available for call center agents for incoming and outgoing telephone calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Handles customer questions, complaints, billing inquiries and live chat. Applicants should be 18+ years old, Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
