- Experience in doing live chat in a call center industry is an advantage
- Understanding and familiarity with project management systems like box.net, manymoon, basecamp, google apps, gmail, chat, and calendars, etc. is a Plus but not required.
- Experience in Blogging and avid tester of new products in the market is also a plus
