We operate call center for various online stores with primary markets in the USA and Europe.

Is currently looking for:

PHONE OR LIVE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer's inquiries via live chat and email or phone.
• Ensure validity and completeness of customers orders
• Provide after sales support to customers.
• Follow up customer's complaints.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls (for Phone reps).

Requirements:
• College graduates or above
• For Live Chat Position: Extreme high level of written English, near native level
• For Phone Position: Nearly native American accent and spoken fluency
• Knowledge of World of Warcraft is a definite advantage
• Efficient typing speed (over 45 wpm) and knowledge of Word and Excel
• Hands-on experience in customer service or hotline enquiry is preferred
• Have to work on shift on monthly rotation
